CBIT NSS Club Concludes Youth Week with the Grand Finale of YUVA 2025

The NSS Club of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad, India concluded its Youth Week celebrations with the grand finale of YUVA 2025, an event designed to nurture youth leadership and inspire actionable solutions for real-world challenges.


Guided by Principal Prof. C.V. Narasimhulu, PRO Dr. GNR Prasad, Faculty Coordinator B. Sreedhar Reddy, Director Student Affairs Prof B. Linga Reddy, Previous faculty coordinator Prof. Ganeshwar Rao,CBIT NSS President Akhilesh Reddy and a dedicated team.


A Leadership Journey Across Four Rounds

The event featured four rounds, blending online and offline formats:

- Round 1: Participants showcased their individual skills.

- Round 2: Teams engaged in group discussions, testing their teamwork and critical thinking. - Round 3: Participants took on real-life scenarios in a role-playing challenge.


Round 4 and The Grand Finale

The final round, held at the CBIT campus, began with an initial survey in Janwada village, Shankerpally Mandal, Rangareddy district. Participants interacted with the local community to identify pressing issues and gain insights into the village's socio-economic challenges.


Post-lunch, the event’s main highlight unfolded. Each participant presented their observations and analyses of real-time problems identified during the survey. They proposed practical, sustainable solutions, demonstrating the importance of grassroots understanding in effective leadership.


The judges evaluated the presentations based on depth of analysis, innovation, and feasibility, ultimately selecting the winners.


Winners

Keerthi KS from CBIT emerged as the winner of YUVA 2025, receiving a cash prize of ₹3,000 along with a trophy. Sriya Kunisetty from Vasavi College of Engineering secured the runner-up position, showcasing commendable analytical and leadership skills.


The judging panel included Davera Manoj Khanna , a Social Activist and NSS National President Medal Awardee; Yamini Arlapudi , a performer at the 75th Independence Day Celebrations under the Ministry of Culture; and Nikhil Anneboina , the founder of CBIT NSS YUVA. The distinguished panel brought diverse perspectives and expertise, adding immense value to the evaluations.








A Vision for Youth Leadership

Led by NSS President Akhilesh Reddy, YUVA 2025 exemplified CBIT NSS’s commitment to empowering the youth to address societal challenges with creativity and responsibility. The event left a lasting impact, fostering leadership qualities among the participants and strengthening their resolve to create meaningful change.
