PLANKS

Plank is the core strength increasing exercise. It is similar to push up position and in planks we have to stay in that position for the maximum time you can.

PROCEDURE:


Step 1:

First you have to come to push up position.

Step 2:

Now you should place your elbows in the floor.

Step 3:

And then lift your whole body upwards. Except your elbows, none of your body parts will be down.

Step 4:

Now you should look forward and stay in that Position as maximum as you can.


BENEFITS:

As planks work on your core it also strengthens your spine, legs, shoulder almost your whole body. By doing this exercise you can decrease your belly fat and also you can burn your cholesterol as well.

It also helps us to maintain our body shape without using any of the equipment's. It also strengthens our abdominal muscles.


TIPS:

For doing this exercise you can use yoga mats it will be very much easy to do so. If not then you can also use any of the clothes, like bedsheets or towel as well.

It is a very easy exercise that you can do daily. It’s only you who can take responsibility of your body and to take care of it.

On doing this kind exercise and having a healthy food diet you can stay healthy as well as fit.
