The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), successfully organized a seminar on "The Professional Launch Pad: A Guide to Acing Recruitment and Interviews." The session was conducted by Mr. Ashwin Bharat Balantrapu, an esteemed alumnus of CBIT (2005 Batch) and IT Architect Director at Salesforce.
The seminar focused on practical strategies for excelling in job interviews, developing essential skills, and building a strong professional presence. Mr. Ashwin provided insights into staying updated with technological advancements, enhancing problem-solving skills, and maximizing opportunities on campus. He also introduced the T-Model for career success, emphasizing the balance between depth and breadth of knowledge in professional growth.
The event was attended by Principal Prof. C. V. Narasimhulu, who highlighted the importance of placements and interview skills in shaping students' careers. Dr. M. Balasubbareddy, Head of the EEE Department, stressed the significance of career development for students and encouraged them to actively prepare for the evolving job market.
The seminar was open to students of EEE and other branches, including Mechanical Engineering. Faculty members, including Mr. D. Harsha and Ms. D. Sushma, Assistant Professors at CBIT, coordinated the event.
